These twice baked rusks are perfect for morning and afternoon fika. What is "fika"? Fika is a regular coffee break observed in Sweden. It is a time to slow down, to think, to converse and laugh with friends or coworkers. In addition to coffee (or sometimes tea) Fika is often accompanied with baked goods or treats of some kind.
