These twice baked rusks are perfect for morning and afternoon fika. Seasoned with cardamom for a distinct flavor, this toast goes just right with a hot cup of coffee at breakfast or during a daytime break. What is "fika"? Fika is a regular coffee break observed in Sweden. It is a time to slow down, to think, to  converse and laugh with friends or coworkers.
