Originally a specialty from the Swedish province of Värmland and called Värmlandskorv, this uncooked sausage is made from potatoes, onions, pork and beef. Now known in the U.S. as potatiskorv, potato sausage is not only a holiday tradition, but is enjoyed all year long.  1lb package.
