Shipping food can be a tricky thing due to the size or weight of some items, and fragility or temperature requirements for other items.

For frozen goods and food that must stay cold, White's Foodliner packages food in high quality insulated foam shipping containers made for the purpose of shipping perishable items. To help cover the cost of this packaging a $7.00 surcharge will automatically be charged to your cart during checkout. We will require only one insulated packaging fee per order, so ordering multiple cold items will not result in multiple packaging surcharges.

Some items may require 2-day shipping to help ensure safe arrival. We have done our best to indicate on each product page which products may be sensitive to these conditions. Packages containing perishable items will be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. If there is any cause for concern about safe arrival of your order, we will get in contact with you.

Please note we are not able to hold processed orders for shipping at a later date. Orders will be shipped as processed per our schedule above.

Finally, to ensure your ongoing satisfaction we must reserve the right to use our best judgment when it comes to shipping temperature-sensitive items. This may vary based on the order destination or time of year.

If you are unsatisfied upon receipt of your shipment, please let us know and we will make things right.

At this time White's Foodliner only ships to addresses within the continental United States.

APO Addresses

We would be happy to ship to Army Post Office (APO) addresses with the following requirements in mind:

• We can only ship non-perishable items. Our products are marked as such online.

This does not take order processing time into account. Delivery estimates assume shipping carriers are uninterrupted by unforeseen circumstances. Weather or other outside factors beyond our control may negatively affect delivery dates.
